Your gracious support to our foundation's cause will not go unnoticed.  ADDITIONALLY, the Dinner sponsorship comes with 1 complimentary 4 sum for this year's golf tournament. 

Your Dinner sponsorship helps defer what has historically been our most expensive golf tournament expense. 100% of our golf tournament proceeds will go directly to our foundation Humble & Kind, an Alzheimer’s Foundation.

After purchasing your sponsorship, you will be asked to upload your logo or photo of choice. Please use this feature as it assists with streamlining the process. If you do not have access to your desired logo, you will also receive an email that gives you the option to send your company logo, family photo or other desired photo to Patrick.schommer.4@gmail.com so we can begin working on your advertisement opportunities.
